Choosing to report anonymously means that we might not be able to assist you directly, but we can signpost you to support services, and potentially help others. The information you provide, will help us to improve our services, e.g., conduct fact based preventative work across the University. However, anonymous reporting will NOT lead to formal action being taken against any perpetrators.
However, if it is thought that there are significant safeguarding, safety or welfare concerns the information may be shared with third party organisations e.g., Police, Social Services, who may take action.

Your data is important to us. We won't collect or store any information that goes against our
privacy policy.
The report should take around 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on the level of detail you provide. There are questions that are optional, including demographic questions. These help us learn more about who, where and when issues are taking place but if you don't want to answer them you can skip ahead to the next question.
